Removes the Frame.extra prefixes from the Frame.rawBuffer.

With MediaCodec, the encoded frames may contain prefixes like SPS, PPS for H264/H265 key frames. It also modifies the position of the Frame.rawBuffer to skip the prefixes.s

A ByteBuffer without prefixes.
